(large) with sand to anchor heavy bags with a tie-down D-ring on the bottom to the floor. Helps alleviate swinging and excess movement of heavy bags while training. No more drilling holes in the floor. Manufactured with tough, water repellent rip-stop nylon zippered anchor bag, with cross weave canvas backing, for a durable, long lasting anchor.
