Simple spring-loaded pop-pins and crank knobs adjustment for fast, easy modification and maneuverability. Industrial boxed steel hanging arm protrudes out a full 3-feet (36") for optimal 360-degree movement around heavy bag while training. Includes a professional-grade eye-bolt with swivel attachment to allow bolt to rotate to alleviate tension and stress.
